About me

Hi all! My name is Mireya Velasquez, and I’m entering my fourth year as a Mathematics Statistics major at CSU Fresno in the Central Valley. I’m here through the STAR program, hoping to deepen my research experience in a lab setting. I’m thrilled to spend the summer at Stanford—both for the opportunity and for the break from the heat.

When I'm not at school, I love playing tennis, traveling, and hanging out with my family and friends.
