macro encoders don't seem to be used in bldc progarm
fdata1 correspond to motors fdata2 correspond to joints
vibrates, caused probably by errant signal going to shoulder recommend we check all pinouts when boards on table are turned off, the arm vibrates when boards on table turned on and kill switch is off, it still vibrates
we should check a2d, d2a, encoders,
when you reboot the computer, all calibration data is lost, so you better have a damn good reason to reboot.
